Diet is so important to your health. Since I have been on track to a healthier me I have decided to try and get more creative with my nutrition to keep things exciting. Afterall, after a week straight of eating apples everyday, you get kinda sick of them! I decided to try adding a few nuts into my diet to add variety back into my diet and more protein into my life. Nuts are never cheap so I’ve come up with a little trick to help extend the reach of one package by making adding more to your snack mix. All you need is some dried fruit, preferably unsweetened blueberries, some rolled oats, a bag of plain almonds, and a serving of Sahale Honey Almond Glaze Mix.
