We all know that eating clean is great for staying it shape, but most people don’t actually realize how vital it is for your skin. I’m not just talking about keeping your skin clear either. I’m talking about more than that, I’m talking about your skin’s elasticity and moisture. In otherwords, the stuff that fights against aging!
I’ve been finding this has become incredibly important to me as I get older. I mean, it basically took the cute Irish bartenders telling me I looked like my older sister’s older sister to start giving a hoot about my skin.
