I am not saying I am fat, because I know I am both healthy and fit. However, I also know I have the potential to be better than where I am at right now which is why I decided to do this as part of my #bestlifeproject (see previous post HERE for more details).
I’ve decided to include my before photo in this post. It’s embarassing, but I think it’s important to share this journey with you guys so that I can a) hold myself accountable and b) hopefully get some support and motivation from you guys.
